A federal judge in Pensacola unsealed hundreds of pages of documents from a lawsuit involving veterans and service members against 3M.
3M is accused of knowingly manufacturing and distributing faulty earplugs to the military.
An executive for Aearo Technologies, a company owned by 3M, is asked, “Is that okay, to sell a product and conceal information where it will have a negative effect on our soldiers?”
“Yes” he responded, according to the court documents.
